Drapers are also an authorised car de-pollution station and we carry out the process based on strict environmental regulations.
Over the years we have recycled numerous metal based items, big and small, which have included everything from bicycles and kettles to trawlers, trains and aeroplanes and even a Cold War Submarine. Whatever comes our way be it small or big, we can deal with it.
Drapers operate from a purpose designed site at Black 5 Works on Raven Street in Hull, off Hedon Road. Our location ensures easy access to our yard which is easily accessed from the Port of Hull Docks and also from major road and motorway networks.
Whilst the principle of our business has remained the same across the decades, we have continued to make significant investment in our facilities , to move our business forward and to continue to offer a professional scrap metal service to our customers.
